I have been very impressed with the staff in their professionalism and communications. We especially appreciated the work Trey did in hanging a TV that turned out to be more complicated than initially thought, Trey had to run and get more parts and had to make several adjustments. Anyone else would have said they would come back and finish the project the next day but he hung in there. We will definitely use them again

I had The Entertainer upgrade my outdated 2008 Porsche Boxster S Head Unit to the Alpine ILX-W770 with a Back-up Camera. I contacted john and he was able to install both items, and they both work as intended. Working with John and The Entertainer was a very good and Professional experience. Everything works and sounds as it should. I intend to return for more work on my Macan and will do so for many years to come. I highly recommend The Entertainer for all of your Audio and Video needs.

Steven at the Entertainer did a great job helping with our problems with Ring Security. Took his time and explained everything - very knowledgeable . Told us to let him know if the adjustment he made didn’t work - it worked perfect and so happy we have this service here in JC.

Wilson installed our Socket fiber wireless system including a router from The Entertainer in Jefferson City, Missouri. He did an excellent job, was effecient and finished quicker than we anticipated. In addition, he installed the router in a place we had not thought about. This new location is out of sight and much better than our selection. I would highly recommend The Entertainer for your TV system/audio systems and other electronic needs. And Wilson is highly recommended as well.

The team at The Entertainer are exceptional! If you’re looking to add entertainment or security to your home check them out. Troy helped us from the beginning choosing what fit our budget and still provided quality sound for our tvs and music. The Sonos app offers literally hundreds of music choices along with free radio stations. We found a blues station from Greece we listen to often, but also has local stations . Wilson and the teams that set up our speakers, tvs, doorbell and cameras were amazing. Very patient with us learning to use the new system and everything looks and sounds great. We are very happy with response from the team for any questions or concerns. We’ve been using it about six weeks are loving it.
